<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting low-concentration gas by utilizing effectively characteristics of a metal complex involving zeolite held on a quartz oscillator, and to provide a sensor used for the method, and components thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In this low-concentration gas detection method, gas G to be measured with a concentration of detection object gas of 50 ppm or less is supplied to a vibration element 12 having the metal complex involving zeolite (for example, cobalt-phthalocyanine complex involving zeolite) on the quartz oscillator 14. The detection object gas is detected through a change of a resonance frequency of the quartz oscillator 14 caused by adsorption of the detection object gas onto the metal complex involving zeolite carried by the vibration element 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
