PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molded body, the structure of a mold assembly for which is made simpler by enabling the exterior of a tubular part to be formed in parallel to its axial direction, and a resin connector. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the resin molded body 10 having a base 12 and the tubular part 11 uprightly erected from some part of the exterior surface 12a of the base, a mold having a bottom mold 22 which regulates at least some part of the exterior surface of the base and at least some part of the exterior of a tubular part, a top mold 21 which regulates opposite faces of the exterior surface and moves in the axial direction L of the tubular part, and a nest 24 which regulates the inner surface of the tubular part and is arranged axially movably in the bottom mold in a state that the inner surface 22a of the bottom mold and the outer surface 24a of the top mold form a tapered surface with a predetermined taper angle expanding toward the opening end of the tubular part is employed. Furthermore, the method has a process for charging molten resin in the cavity of the mold, a process for pulling the nest out of a solidified resin after the solidification of the molten resin and a process for releasing the bottom mold and the top mold after the elapse of a redetermined period of time during which the solidified resin is cooled until the outer surface of the tubular part becomes parallel to its axial direction.
