PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a heat insulation sheet by fusing two synthetic resin sheets superposed with a simple configuration, even when the width of the synthetic resin sheets in a direction orthogonal to the transfer direction of the sheets is long, providing a plurality of air circulation parts at the center parts, to configure a transfer mechanism serving also as a fusing member, and to simplify the structure of the apparatus itself to reduce cost. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin sheet fusion apparatus fuses appropriate parts of both ends and intermediate parts of the synthetic resin sheets 3, 5 transferred in the superposed state in the direction orthogonal to the transfer direction by selectively pressing respective fusion rotary bodies to form the air circulation parts inside the sheets.
