PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data aggregating type PLC (programmable logic controller), which is mounted on control equipment, aggregates/integrally manages control data held by a plurality of connected PLCs, sensors and devices, and simply controls the plurality of PLCs, sensors and devices at the same time of day. SOLUTION: The PLC, which is mounted on the sensor or the device as the control equipment and executes control actions described in a programming language and which has I/O data as the control data, has at least: a physical memory which has a physical address associated with the own information and the I/O data one by one inside; and a logical memory which has a logical address associated with the physical address, wherein the logical address and the physical address are associated one by one by the correspondence address information indicating the correspondence between these addresses.
