PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein either of a passerby 02 or an opposing passerby 03 advancing toward the former cannot see streamer flags well except their rear surfaces making it difficult for the passersby to read the content of the flags owing to the direction of the wind when several same streamer flags or the like are erected in a store or event hall, or the like for the purpose of advertisement or publicity (as shown in Fig.1). SOLUTION: When producing a plurality of the same or similar streamer flags, the same number of the streamer flags 00 each having a hole 07 for inserting a vertical pole 06 for the streamer flag through it on the left side of the front of the streamer flag as the number of opposing streamer flags 01 each having a hole 08 for inserting the vertical pole 06 for the streamer flag through it on the right side of the front of the streamer flag, are produced (Fig.2, not shown). When the streamer flags 00 and the opposing streamer flags 01 are alternately erected as shown in Fig.4, while the passerby 02 sees the rear surface of the opposing streamer flag 01 when seeing the front of the streamer flag 00, the opposing passerby 03 sees not only the front of the opposing streamer flag 01 but also the rear surface of the streamer flag 00. Even if the direction of the wind is changed, both of the passerby 02 and the opposing passerby 03 can always see the front of the streamer flags being a half of row of the same streamer flags.
