PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker for improving the yield and improving the assembling workability when an infrared sensor is attached to the heating cooker body. SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes the heating cooker body 11, and a top plate 12 that is disposed in an upper part of the heating cooker body 11 and mounts a heating object. The heating cooker body 11 includes a heating section 16 for heating the heating object 14 via the top plate 12, and a fixing plate for mounting the heating section 14. This infrared detector 19 includes the infrared sensor that detects infrared rays and outputs signals proportional to the detection amount, a sensor case for storing the infrared sensor 41 in a state where the attaching angle is fixed, and a sensor angle correction member capable of correcting the visual field region of the infrared sensor 41.
