PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tent which is used as a folding tent and a built-up tent, which is especially equipped with a supporting body for supporting a top portion of a membrane body (tent sheet), which enables a cable to be attached to/detached from a section between a support and the supporting body as required, and which facilitates this operation. SOLUTION: This tent includes the supporting body 2, the cable 3, a second supporting body 4, and a locking means 5. The tent is especially equipped with the second supporting body 4 which is detachably provided in the upper portion of the supporting body 2 and the upper surface of which similarly presents a curved shape, and the locking means 5 which is provided between the supporting body 2 and the second supporting body 4 and which locks one end of the cable 3 by uniting them together.
