PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool utilizing energy of inertial rotation effectively. SOLUTION: This power tool has a brushless motor having: a stator having a stator core and a stator coil fixed on the stator core; a rotor provided inside the stator; and a permanent magnet fixed on the rotor, for use as a power source. This power tool is constituted by providing a coil for generating electricity in the stator to generate electricity when the permanent magnet rotates, and turn on electric decorations of the power tool and illumination being attached to the tool by utilizing electricity generated by the coil for generating electricity.
