PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for an implanted tendon with a bone chip for ligament reconstruction fixing the implanted tendon with the bone chip with tension intended by an operator. SOLUTION: The fixture 1 for the implanted tendon with the bone chip includes: a fixing member 3 including a body part 32 having a through hole 31 set at the center, and two spikes 33 and 34 extending approximately parallel from both sides of the body part 32 and disposed separately by a prescribed length longer than the diameter of a formed bone hole and placeable into the bone; and a fixing screw 6 including a shaft 65 with a self-tap 63 and a male screw 62 penetrating through the through hole 31 of the fixing member 3 and screwed into the bone chip, a head 61 located at the proximal end of the shaft and abutting on the body part 32 in the peripheral edge of the through hole 31 of the fixing member 3, and an inner lumen 66 extending from the proximal end of the head 61 to the distal end of the shaft 65 and allowing a guide pin 85 inserted into the bone chip to penetrate therethrough.
