摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein when a protective layer is laminated and formed on a reflecting surface, the interval between a second electrode and a reflecting layer becomes longer by at least the thickness of the protection layer, as a result, the distance between the reflecting layer and the second electrode cannot matched the optimal distance (optical path length) to the wavelength of the light that is desired to be resonated between the reflecting layer and the second electrode, and hence, extraction efficiency of light cannot be enhanced. SOLUTION: A positive electrode 130 of an R pixel is constituted of two layers of conductive film, formed interposing an insulating protecting layer 150 on a protective layer 120, and a positive electrode 130 of a G pixel is constructed of one layer of conductive film formed interposing the insulating protecting layer 150 on the protective layer 120. Furthermore, the positive electrode 130 of a B pixel is constituted so that the protection layer 120, which is opened with the insulation protecting layer 150 removed partially serves as the positive electrode 130.
