PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor properly predicting a program block to be executed next even when program blocks having many repetitions exist only in a part of a program. SOLUTION: A program execution task 10 notifies a prediction compile task about a request of prediction compile by a prediction compile request notification part 134 when a compile code decision part 110 determines that there is no compile code of an execution program block. The prediction compile task 20 receives a prediction compile notification thereof by a prediction notification reception part 210, predicts the program block to be executed by an execution prediction part, and compiles the predicted program block.
