PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel material having at least one primer layer which is excellent in welding property. SOLUTION: In the steel material having at least one primer layer, the primer layer comprises 10 to 30 mass% of condensed material of tetra-alkyl silicate, 20 to 40 mass% of total powder consisting of aluminum powder and zinc powder and 30 to 70 mass% of total pigment consisting of conductive pigment and extender pigment. In the powder described above, the ratio of aluminum powder/zinc powder expressed in mass is 5/95 to 20/80. Further in the pigment described above, the ratio of conductive pigment/extender pigment expressed in mass is 50/50 to 99/1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
