PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate descaling operation during gas fusion cutting by suppressing generation of Fe<SB>3</SB>0<SB>4</SB>scale or Fe<SB>2</SB>0<SB>3</SB>scale having high viscosity and bad peelability and by preventing oxidation of FeO scale having superior flowability and peelability. SOLUTION: A plate is fusion-cut by using a fusion cutting nozzle whose outer cylinder is covered with a water cooled cylinder and by using a fusion-cutting gas in which vaporized flux is mixed in fuel gas.
