PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine in which, even when an image performance frame is provided with a stage of a large depth, the entire stage is stably supported and the rolling direction of a game ball is not adversely affected. SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine, the image performance frame 13 is provided with: a ball entrance 39 that a game ball can enter; the stage 38 disposed in the horizontal direction on the lower side of a display window 25 and making the game ball that enters the ball entrance 39 freely roll and fall to the front side; a movable performance means 30 disposed on the front side of the display window 25 and movable in the horizontal direction; and a transparent cover 34 for covering the front side of the movable performance means 30. The image performance frame 13 is provided with a decorative frame 33 disposed so as to surround the display window 25 along a mounting hole 20, the transparent cover 34 is fixed to the decorative frame 33 from the rear side, the front side of the stage 38 is fixed to the side of the decorative frame 33, and the rear side is fixed to the side of the transparent cover 34.
