PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat sheet hardly slipping off and easily used even in a narrow space by solving the problem that stability is poor and it takes time and trouble to mount the toilet seat sheet in a narrow space, although various toilet seat sheets are provided to be used for the toilet seat used in common for sanitary conditions. SOLUTION: In the toilet seat sheet, cutouts symmetrical forward and backward are formed in the center, and an opening is provided in the middle between the cutouts. The thus formed sheet is partially hung down on the right and the left of a toilet seat hole, and a surplus portion is provided slightly larger on the outside of the toilet seat to balance with such hanging to stabilize the toilet seat sheet. An uncut portion is partially provided so that the opening does not spread loosely. When a user is seated on the toilet seat sheet, the uncut portion is torn to spread the opening, and the hanging portion are further deeply hung down in the toilet seat so that the user can use the toilet seat sheet at ease. The sheet can keep its surface by the uncut portion, and the opening is designed into a semicircular shape so that the vertical direction is easily distinguished and the sheet can be quickly used. Further long-fiber raw material having the specification of Japanese paper or Tosa washi is used to make the sheet easily spread. The sheet feels soft and is agreeable to the touch.
