A table storing unit (19) stores a table in which the correspondence between information of another communication apparatus and biometric information of the user of the other communication apparatus is defined. An instruction determining unit (32) determines data associated with that one of the items displayed by the display unit (21) which is selected by a user's operation of the entering unit (20). A finger print information generating unit (25) generates first biometric information representative of a characteristic of the living body of the user having selected the item. An apparatus determining unit (16) refers to the table to determine the communication apparatus corresponding to the generated first biometric information. A communication unit (12) transmits the determined data to the determined communication apparatus.
