<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire having a light emitting diode element and a phosphor and reducing color unevenness of an irradiation surface, and preventing deterioration of efficiency of illumination in conjunction with reduction of the color unevenness. <P>SOLUTION: The luminaire 1 includes a light emitting diode package 2, and a casing 3 for housing the light emitting diode package 2. The light emitting diode package 2 includes the light emitting diode element 21, and the phosphor 22 in which light emitted from the light emitting diode element 21 enters and which converts a wavelength of the light partially and emits it. The casing 3 includes an opening 31 for irradiating the light emitted from the light emitting diode package 2. A concave lens 5a is arranged in a periphery of an opening edge of the casing 3 as an optical auxiliary member in which the light emitted from the light emitting diode package 2 enters and which expands and emits the light. Thereby, an irradiation range 14 in which light from the light emitting diode element 21 and light from the phosphor 22 are not mixed is expanded and color contrast is weakened to reduce the color unevenness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
