<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system, a print method, a print data storage device, a control unit, a print data storage program, and a control program which allow efficient processing while maintaining high security in a multifunction machine. <P>SOLUTION: A client terminal 10, a printing server 20, a management server 30, multifunction machines 40, and control terminals 50 corresponding to respective multifunction machines 40 are connected via a network N. User identifiers, available function identifiers, and card identifier data of users are stored as authentication data in an authentication data storage part of the control terminal 50.
