PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle spat capable of being easily mounted to an exterior member installed on a lower part of the vehicle at low cost. SOLUTION: A mounting part body 14 is integrally formed on an upper end part of a spat body 10, and a clamping part 16 for clamping the exterior member between the mounting part body 14 and it is integrally connected relative to the spat body 10 or the mounting part 14 through a hinge part 28. Further, under the clamping state of the exterior member by the mounting part body 14 and the clamping part 16, at least any one of the mounting part body 14 and the clamping part 16 is engaged, and an engagement projection 18 for fixing the mounting part body 14 and the clamping part 16 to the exterior member is integrally projectedly provided on at least the other part of the mounting part body 14 and the clamping part 16.
