PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair disconnection of wiring and to respond also to the case where a foreign substance on wiring is removed. SOLUTION: This display includes first wiring 24 and second wiring 26 arranged in parallel separately at an interval, a conductive layer 30 arranged at a position overlapping the first wiring 24 and the second wiring 26, and an insulating layer 32 interposed between the first wiring 24 and second wiring 26 and the conductive layer 30. The conductive layer 30 includes a first overlapping section 36 overlapping the first wiring 24, a second overlapping section 38 overlapping the second wiring 26, and a connection section 40 for connecting the first overlapping section 36 to the second overlapping section 38 between the first overlapping section 36 and the second overlapping section 38.
