PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist belt in which a buckle and a buckle metal hooked to the buckle are attached to a belt end part, and which has such a structure as to easily take off the buckle metal from the belt end part. SOLUTION: The waist belt has the following structure: a buckle metal 5 is provided with a slit 13 into which the end part of a belt 2 is inserted, and a pin 21 passing through the buckle metal and the belt in a front/back direction and freely detachably attachable to the buckle metal 5; the pin 21 is provided with an axis metal 22 which is applicable to movable fixation in an axis direction and rotation around the axis so as to release the engagement with the buckle metal 5 by the movement of the axis metal 22 in the axis direction and enable engagement with and separation from the buckle metal 5 by rotation.
