PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow sheet-metal component mounting hardware for mounting components such as a wiring board to be mounted on a fellow panel as a metal-sheet wainscot forming an electric device housing, without needs of screwing and expertise and with ease and accuracy. SOLUTION: A mounting mechanism includes a sheet-metal board piece 21 for being laid on the fellow panel 10, a rotation support element 30 for supporting the board piece 21 slidably rotatably to the fellow panel 10, a first positioning element 40 for positioning the board piece 21 not to be apart from the fellow panel 10, and a second positioning element 50 for blocking the sliding rotation of the board piece 21 positioned by the first positioning element 40. The rotation support element 30 has a fitting hole 31 and a support projection 32. The first positioning element 40 has a cut and raised portion 41 and a tongue piece portion 42.
