PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic field analysis apparatus that is miniaturized and reduces processing time. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic field analysis apparatus includes: a group of memories 4a to 4c for storing a coefficient for use in analysis, an electric field value, and a magnetic field value, respectively; a memory control unit 3 for controlling the read and write addresses of the group of memories 4a to 4c; and a temporal change expression calculation unit 2 which simultaneously reads the coefficient, electric field value, and magnetic field value from the group of memories 4a to 4c, delays the read coefficient, electric field value, and magnetic field value by a predetermined clock with predetermined timing, respectively, calculates the temporal change expression of electric field and magnetic field in a stream manner, and updates the electric field value and the magnetic field value. The memory control unit 3 and the group of memories 4a to 4c are connected with read and write address lines 6a, 6b. The group of memories 4a to 4c and the temporal change expression calculation unit 2 are connected with read data lines 7a to 7c and are connected with a write data line 8.
