PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic driving device capable of restraining a power loss when driving a hydraulic motor by a hydraulic pump, and capable of restraining noise in braking. SOLUTION: This hydraulic driving device 1A includes a prime mover 2, a main hydraulic pump 4 driven by the prime mover 2 and a main hydraulic motor 5 driven by a delivery hydraulic fluid of the main hydraulic pump 4, and includes a hydraulic closing circuit whose at least any one is a variable displacement type among the main hydraulic pump 4 and the main hydraulic motor 5, an auxiliary machine pump 6 arranged so as to be driven by interlocking with the main hydraulic pump 4, and a control means 7 having an operation part 72 and increasing driving resistance of the auxiliary machine pump 6 in response to an increase in an operating level of the operation part 72.
