摘要 <p>The solid bed arrangement comprises tubes (10), hoses or textile wall surfaces for immobilization of microorganisms required for the fermentation process, a connection device and/or an upper and lower carrier device for fixing the position of the tubes, hoses and textile wall surfaces. The lower carrier device comprises a lower grid (12) on which the lower end of the tubes, hoses or textile wall surfaces are mounted. The upper carrier device comprises an upper grid (14) on which the upper ends of the tubes, hoses or textile wall surfaces are mounted. The solid bed arrangement comprises tubes (10), hoses or textile wall surfaces for immobilization of microorganisms required for the fermentation process, a connection device and/or an upper and lower carrier device for fixing the position of the tubes, hoses and textile wall surfaces. The lower carrier device comprises a lower grid (12) on which the lower end of the tubes, hoses or textile wall surfaces are mounted. The upper carrier device comprises an upper grid (14) on which the upper ends of the tubes, hoses or textile wall surfaces are mounted. The connection device connects the upper grid and lower grid in an interval distanced from one another so that the solid bed arrangement forms a unit pre-monitorable in dependent upon a fermentation container. The connection device comprises a rod on which the lower grid and/or the upper grid are height-adjustably fixed. The rod is a threaded rod (16) that guides through a hole at the lower grid and a bore at the upper grid and is mounted with nut of the upper and/or the lower holes. The upper and the lower grid comprise grid cells, whose dimensions are determined on the dimensions of the tubes, hoses or textile wall surfaces. The grid cells are quadratic cells and the tubes, hoses or the textile wall surfaces are mounted to the grid rods at four sides of the grid cells. Cable binders are arranged for mounting the tubes, hoses or textile wall surfaces and guide through a passage opening in a wall of the tubes, hoses or the textile wall surfaces. The lower grid and/or the upper grid are hemmed by a rotating rod (22). The number of grid cells of the lower grid and the number of grid cells of the upper grid are larger than the number of tubes or hoses. The textile wall surfaces are mounted on the lower grid and on the upper grid so that between the textile wall surfaces, channels are formed, whose cross-section corresponds to the grid cells of the grid. The textile wall surfaces are passed and guided on the rod of the grid in meander-shaped manner. The adjoining textile wall surfaces are connected together in the area of vertically passing edges, at which the textile wall surfaces are diverted corresponding to the progress of the rods of the grid on which the textile wall surfaces are mounted. An independent claim is included for a fermentation container for a biogas plant with solid bed arrangement.</p>
