The method involves cutting a slot in a ground, and inserting membrane hoses (12) into the cut slot. The slot is cut along a contour line of a profile of a maintenance area (10) by a vertically driven cutting knife. A wall of the hoses is partially sealed. The hoses are positioned in the slot such that the sealed side is downwardly arranged in the ground. The hoses are connected with a distribution device (16) by coupling elements (18). The hoses are connected with a supply unit (20) over the distribution device. The structure of the device is based on OSMO-DRAIN(RTM: Not defined) system. An independent claim is also included for a device for under-floor positioning of a membrane hose.
