<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light radiating device having reduced production costs and preventing sealing defects, and a method of fabricating an organic light emitting diode display device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The light radiating device includes a light source to generate light and a light modifier, including a transmissive region and a non-transmissive region, that define a light exposure region. The method of fabricating an organic light emitting diode display includes the processes of: applying a frit to at least one of a first substrate having a pixel region and a second substrate coupled to the first substrate; plasticizing the frit; aligning the light irradiating device including the light modifier including the transmissive region and the non-transmissive region to define an exposure region of light generated from the first substrate, the second substrate and the light source; and irradiating the frit with the light to couple the first substrate and the second substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
