<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell with a novel structure with an improved power generating performance by ensuring a contact area between an electrode layer and a collector and suppressing an increase of contact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell 10 including an electrolyte layer 16, the electrode layers 14, 18 provided on both sides of the electrolyte layer 16 and in contact with fuel gas and oxidizer gas, respectively, and the collector 22 joining at least one of the electrode layers 14, 18 and extracting electricity from the electrode layer 18 to an outside, at a junction of the electrode layer 18 and the collector 22, a plurality of projections 24 provided to the collector 22 are inserted into crushed deformation part 20 formed in the electrode layer 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
