摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prove a reason why a porous film is optimal for a fuel cell, not an electrolyte film, and to precisely understand "heat generation, power generation and an actual proof of the structured water principle", since the fuel cell structures water by generating heat and generating power in bonding of hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. <P>SOLUTION: This invention invents the generation propagation principle of pressure wave from "hydrogen atom energy state in a space" considering from a base of a nuclear and obtaining a clue from wave propagation of light wave, thermal wave and radio wave, since there are a lot of problems that are not solved with "theory of elementary particles". This principle is described as "pressure wave propagation principle".
