<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gum base compositions and chewing gum compositions having non stick or reduced-stick properties and/or increased degradability. <P>SOLUTION: The compositions include at least an ester or an ether of polymer containing a hydrolyzable unit or mixture of the same, an elastomer, which provide increased degradability.
