<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize interfusion of erroneous transmission even in oral support via a telephone line. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus which is used for dictating from a first user to a second user, an internal state of the information processing apparatus which is used by a first user includes: a display; a diagnostic means which diagnoses the internal state of the information processing apparatus; an information generation means which substitutes an error code showing the internal state with a character string which is irrelevant to the meaning of the code and is easily orally called by the first user or an image which makes a name of an object or an event to be understood when viewed; and a display means displays information substituted by the information generation means, on the display as information to be transmitted from the first user to the second user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
