<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network video recorder which efficiently manages and edits video content, appropriately distributes profits between persons who have copyrights, and provides editing functions for recorded programs for viewers and more flexible advertisement functions. <P>SOLUTION: The video recorder has a program data receiver 205 which stores obtained broadcast program data into a database, a structure management database 253 which stores structure information including information to specify broadcast program data and information that indicates a time range between broadcast start time and broadcast end time of broadcast program data, an edit controller 203 which edits structure information according to edit requests if receiving the edit requests to edit the structure information stored in the structure management database from terminal devices 3 to 3", and a program data distribution part 206 which distributes all or one part of broadcast program data to terminal devices based on the edited structure information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
