PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device for excellently radiating outside of a switch device the heat generated in a contact terminal or a terminal plate. SOLUTION: The switch device includes a switch body structured by a box, a contact terminal 30 and a locking spring which are housed inside the switch body and are electrically connected with an electric wire. The contact terminal 30 includes an electric wire contact part 32 contacting with the electric wire, a locking spring contact part 31 opposed to the electric wire contact part 32 and contacting with the locking spring, and a connecting part 33 for connecting the electric wire contact part 32 with the locking spring contact part 31 each other. The switch body includes a body 10 which is formed of a resin material having a thermal conductivity higher than air and housed the contact terminal 30. Then, the connecting part 33 of the contact terminal 30 makes a surface contact with a first inner face 11c1 of a periphery wall part 11 of the body 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
