PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an analog audio component included in noise generated in a transmission line or in a digital circuit driving the transmission line becomes a factor of deteriorating the quality of sound when transmitting delta-sigma modulated one-bit digital audio signal. SOLUTION: A pseudo random noise pattern of a data rate equal to a delta-sigma modulated one-bit signal is generated and the generated pseudo random noise pattern is used to perform code modulation on the one-bit signal. The generated pseudo random noise pattern and a code-modulated signal obtained by the code modulation are transmitted via a transmission line.
