摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a discharge route temperature sensor provided in a discharge route to accurately detect temperature of air including steam discharged from inside of a cooking chamber, in a heating cooker. SOLUTION: In the heating cooker 10, the discharge route temperature sensor 75 for detecting the temperature of air including steam discharged from inside of the cooking chamber 11 is provided in the discharge route 70 including a water discharge port 72b led out from a chamber interior water discharge port 11e formed on the lower side of the cooking chamber 11 to discharge water within the cooking chamber 11 to outside of the cooking chamber 11 and an air discharge port 73a for discharging the air including steam within the cooking chamber 11 to outside of the cooking chamber 11. The discharge route temperature sensor 75 is arranged on the upstream side relative to the air discharge port 73a and water discharge port 72b in the discharge route 70 and in a position which is not on a route of passage of air outside the heating cooker 10 made to flow in from the water discharge port 72b to inside of a discharge tank 72 by natural convection when the air is discharged from the air discharge port 73a.
