PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device 1 having a shaft seal structure for preventing leaking of fluid from between a case 2 of the valve device and a driving shaft 4, in the valve device operated by a driving device 5 (such as an actuator) for arranging a valve element 3 arranged inside the valve device, in an external part via the driving shaft 4. SOLUTION: This valve device 1 includes the valve element 3 arranged in the airtight case 2, the driving shaft 4 connected to the valve element 3 and the driving device 5 arranged outside the case 2 and allowing the valve element 3 to abut on a valve seat by rotating the driving shaft 4. The driving shaft 4 is formed of a driving device side shaft 6 connected to the driving device 5, a valve element side shaft 7 connected to the valve element 3 and a moving shaft 8 moving in the axial direction of the driving shaft 4 between the driving device side shaft 6 and the valve element side shaft 7. Rotation of the driving device side shaft 6 is also constituted to be transmitted to the valve element side shaft 7 via the moving shaft 8. When the moving shaft 8 moves in the direction of the driving device side shaft 6, a seal part 9a formed on the hole side of the case 2 and a seal part 9b formed on the moving shaft 8 side, contact and make a seal.
