<p>In measurements such as, for example, an MR spectroscopy and MR spectroscopic imaging in an MRI device, when a process for correcting the effect of eddy current is performed, artifacts in the correction process is prevented to improve the accuracy of the correction result. An eddy current correction process corrects the effect of eddy current, using the phase data of a signal of a substance having a larger signal intensity than that of a metabolite to be measured. In the eddy current correction process, a region and place where a phase jump in the phase data occurs is identified by the size of the variation of phase, and a phase jump correction is performed only for the place identified as a phase jump. The size of the variation is determined in each of the regions divided according to a predetermined region division.</p> |
