<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress intrusion of water from the outside while ensuring water-discharging performance of water, i.e., a reaction product regarding an exhaust pipe for discharging an exhaust gas of a fuel cell in a vehicle equipped with a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure-adjustment valve 36 provided on an outlet at a cathode of a fuel cell stack 32 constituting a fuel cell system 20 has function for adjusting a pressure of an oxidation gas in the fuel cell stack 32 according to adjustment of an opening. When water intrudes into the exhaust pipe 12, the pressure in the exhaust pipe 12 is varied from an atmospheric pressure and the opening of the pressure-adjustment valve 36 is varied. A water intrusion presumption signal output processing part 54 of a control device 50 outputs a water intrusion presumption signal since it is presumed that there is fear that water is intruded to the exhaust pipe 12 when opening deviation, i.e., difference between the opening of the pressure-adjustment valve 36 and a scheduled opening corresponding to a driving instruction pressure is previously determined threshold value opening deviation or more.
