<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for compensating orthogonality even when a desired frequency signal and an image frequency signal are both present. <P>SOLUTION: An orthogonality compensation device is provided which compensates orthogonality between a real signal and an imaginary signal of a complex digital intermediate frequency signal, and the orthogonality compensation device includes a first processing section 61a which outputs a first signal obtained by calculating one of the real signal and imaginary signal using a first coefficient and a second coefficient, and a coefficient setting section 62a which uses the other signal and first signal, and sets the first coefficient so that the first signal and the other signal have the same amplitude and also sets the second coefficient so that the first signal and the other signal are orthogonal to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
