<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chucking device capable of preventing a shift in position of the center of a nut from a chuck body even during high-speed rotation of a machine tool and preventing the center of a tool from deflecting. <P>SOLUTION: The chucking device 1 includes the chuck body 2 fixed to a rotating spindle of the machine tool and having a tapered hole 20 at the tip, a collet 3 inserted into the tapered hole 20 and capable of contracting in diameter to grip the tool T, and the nut 4 which can be screwed with the chuck body 2 and tightens the collet 3. A means for preventing the center shift so as to inhibit relative movement of the nut 4 by radial contact with the chuck body 2 side during the rotation of a spindle of the machine tool includes a tapered surface 4a on a first nut rear end side formed on an inner peripheral surface or an outer peripheral surface toward a rear end from a screwed part 40 of the nut 4 and a tapered surface 2a on a side of the chuck body formed on the chuck body 2, which comes into contact with the tapered surface 4a on the first nut rear end side when the nut 4 is screwed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
