<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glossy acidic gelled food containing collagen peptide and at least one selected from agar, gellan gum, carrageenan, and locust bean gum, and has pH 3.5 to 4.5. <P>SOLUTION: The acidic gelled food contains the collagen peptide and at least one selected from agar, gellan gum, carrageenan, and locust bean gum, and has pH 3.5 to 4.5.
