PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine collision to a door part in an early stage.

SOLUTION: The collision determination ECU 1 includes an acceleration detection part 11 for detecting acceleration GR applied from the outside to an outer direction or an inner direction of the door part; an integration execution part 12 for determining a speed V by starting integration of the detected acceleration GR and integrating the acceleration GR when the detected acceleration GR is a previously set positive first threshold value GSH 1 or more or a previously set negative second threshold value GSH 2 or less; and a collision determination part 13 for determining whether or not an object collides to a side surface of the vehicle VC based on the acceleration GR and the speed V.
