PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side channel information measuring device which measures side channel information suitable for evaluating a side channel attack resistance. SOLUTION: The side channel information measuring device for measuring side channel information leakage from an encryption device comprises: a side channel information measuring unit for measuring the side channel information generated in the encryption device as an evaluation target; and a parameter setting unit for measuring a sampling rate in the measurement of the side channel information measuring unit on the basis of the clock frequency of the encryption device.
