COOPERATION METHOD FOR MAKING WEB SYSTEM COOPERATE WITH VoIP SYSTEM, VoIP SYSTEM, AND COOPERATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily and more securely make a web system cooperate with a VoIP system.

SOLUTION: A SIP application server 31 receives an authentication request from a first terminal 21 through web systems 11 and 12, establishes communication between a media server 33 and a second terminal 41 designated by the authentication request, and transmits the start instruction of authenticating guidance including a password designated by the authentication request to the media server 33. The media server 33 transmits the authenticating guidance to the second terminal 41 on the basis of the start instruction of the authenticating guidance, performs user authentication as to whether a push button signal input from the second terminal 41 coincides with the password included in the start instruction of the authenticating guidance, and transmits an authentication result to web system 11 and 12 servers.
