PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope moving a revolver vertically for sighting, and reducing a cost. SOLUTION: This microscope 1 has a microscope body 6 for holding a stage 2 and the revolver 3, and moves the revolver 3 vertically to sight a sample put on the stage 2. This microscope 1 includes: an elastically deformable plate-like member 31 being attached to the microscope body 6; and a sighting operation mechanism 33 for deforming the plate-like member 31 elastically. The revolver 3 is attached to the plate-like member 31 and is vertically moved for sighting by deforming the plate-like member 31 elastically by the sighting operation mechanism 33.
