PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for easily retrofitting a lock device to a storage means. SOLUTION: The lock device includes: a device body part 22 which can be mounted on an outer surface side of a door; a shielding member 30 which is mounted on the device body part 22, and openably and closably covers a handle so as to expose the handle to the outside and to shield the handle from the outside; and a shielding lock part which locks the shielding member 30 in a shielding state according to a locking operation, and releases the lock according to an unlocking operation.
