PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling stock provided with compartments in which heads of bolts and screws fixing an interior panel in a recessed corner to a frame member are made inconspicuous without increasing the number of parts and man-hours. SOLUTION: In the rolling stock in which the compartments are partitioned in a cabin by fixing the interior panels 21 to the frame members 29 arranged in a vehicle body by fixing means (screws 31), attaching pieces 27 having steps 26 recessed on the panel surface side are projectingly arranged at the ends of the interior panels arranged in the recessed corners 25 of the compartments, and the respective attaching pieces are fixed to the frame members respectively in a state both of the attaching pieces of the interior panels arranged adjacent to the recessed corner departed from each other.
