PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device and a semiconductor laser module having a simple structure, which is miniaturized and which reduces the electric power consumption and a production cost. SOLUTION: The laser device S includes a light emitting element 1, an optic component 2 for branching incident laser light emitted from the light emitting element 1 into three branches of light, a first light receiving element 3 and a second light receiving element 4, and an optic fiber 5. The optic component 2 includes a first surface 10a which branches a part of the incident laser light by reflecting and emits as the branch light L1, an inner surface 2a, which branches a part of the laser light transmitted through the first surface 10a by reflecting as the second branch light L2 and also branches a part of the laser light by transmission as the third branch light L3, a second surface 10b for emitting the second branch light L2 by transmission, and a third surface 11a for emitting the third branch light L3 by transmission.
