<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for coating which improves performance of a device and decreases variation of performance between devices. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition 5 for coating includes: a coated inorganic particle product composed of inorganic particles and a coating resin adhering to at least a part of each surface of the inorganic particles; fumed silica; and a curable resin.
