PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-image-quality output image by appropriately correcting an image having been subjected to screen processing. SOLUTION: This image processor includes: a screen processing section 3210 for performing screen processing to input image data; and a correction/binarization calculation section 3230 for performing correction in accordance with the difference between a low-frequency component of the input image data and a low-frequency component of the data after the processing by the screen processing section.
